tart cherry, honeydew melon and kiwi



Today's smoothie:
1 banana, frozen
1 kiwi
1 c honeydew melon
3/4 c cherries
1/2 lemon
1/2 stalk celery
slice beet
handful kale
water

made about 40 oz


Outcome:  i like it!
It's definitely sweet and tart, but the beet keeps it earthy and the cashews mellow everything out.  Really enjoying the texture that the cashews and chia are creating.  Grabbed the cherries at the farmer's market and am so excited that stone fruits are pack in season.  Can't wait for smoothies w/apricots, peaches and plums!
