brazil nut blueberry


Today's smoothie:
large handful blueberries, frozen
1 sm banana, frozen
thick slice of beets
1/2 cucumber
10 brazil nuts
2 large leaves chard
1 c almond milk
water for consistency

made about 20 oz












Outcome:
No picture of the smoothie, but the blueberries and beets made it a nice purple.  This is an old standby and reliably produces a nutty and tasty smoothie... and with so much selenium!
