
Today's smoothie:
3/4 c pineapple
1/2 fuji apple
1 cucumber
1/8 avocado
1 lrg handful cilantro
1 lrg handful spinach
1 cup almond milk
1 tbps shredded coconut
made about 32 oz
Outcome:
I love cilantro and the rest of the ingredients in this drink, but I'm finding it very hard to drink. The flavors aren't sitting well with me, but oddly enough the cohabitant loves it. Despite his cheerleading I'm about ready to ban cilantro from my smoothies, but will give an actual recipe a try before I do. You're sitting on thin ice cilantro!
