crisp kiwi strawberry chard



Today's smoothie:
3/4 banana, frozen
1 kiwi
handful strawberries, frozen
1/2 cucumber
1/2 celery
1/4 carrot
1/2 fuji apple
1 leaf kale
1 large leaf swiss chard
handful spinach
thick slice lemon
water

made about 32 oz






Outcome:
Great!  Tastes fresh, clean and like spring.  The carrot, cucumber, celery and kale were odds and ends that remained after packing my lunch and after a few easy additions, breakfast was ready.  I love smoothies.
