Today's smoothie:
1/2 mango
7 strawberries, frozen
1 banana
1/2 lemon
handful spinach
1 kale leaf
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
water and leftover green juice
Outcome: thick, green and delicious
Craved green smoothies, and fruits of any kind, while on vacation the past couple of weeks and it feels great to have them again.
