sweet sharp mishmash








Today's smoothie:
1 banana
handful pineapple
2 handfuls blueberries
slice lemon
1/2 c celery
1 tbsp hemp nuts
water

made about 25 oz


Outcome: not good
Not sure what went wrong here, I mean, how does one go wrong with blueberries, pineapple and banana?  But somewhere this smoothie took a deeply wrong turn and I'm pointing my finger at the kale.  Today's smoothie is as sharp and spicy as yesterday's and the only possible perp is the kale.  Odd because when I eat it by itself, it's not spicy, but in smoothies it's tasting like mustard greens.  No good.... but still nutritious!
